Your enquiry

When online enquiries are available, we ask for your name, email address, optional telephone number, property area, required service and message. These details are used to respond to you, discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Online enquiries are currently unavailable while email delivery is being prepared. You can contact Sonette directly by telephone or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Website operation

The website is hosted on Vercel. Technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider to operate and protect the site. We do not run advertising trackers, optional analytics or marketing cookies on this website.

Once online enquiries are enabled, the configured email provider processes the enquiry for delivery. Spam protection uses a concealed form field and a short-lived, hashed network identifier for rate limiting. Full enquiry messages are not added to website logs or analytics.

You can ask Sonette about information you have shared, or request access, correction or deletion, by calling +27 82 949 4241. Enquiry information is used for the enquiry and related service discussions; submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
